Welcome!

Welcome to the website for the UCCS University Center! We are thrilled to have this platform to connect with you and share all that our center has to offer. 

Our mission at the University Center is to be a welcoming hub of campus that promotes inclusive, engaging programs and services, working to inspire, connect, and support a diverse community by cultivating a sense of belonging and involvement for all students, staff, faculty, and the greater community. We believe that a strong and engaging community is essential to the college experience, and our center is designed to help you build meaningful connections with one another. 

From events and programming such as Clyde’s Kickoff, UC Premiere Night, Homecoming, ROAR Daze, and Mountain Lion Mania to supporting over 200 student organizations as well as the Student Government Association, you will find everything you need to stay informed and engaged on campus within the University Center and our Student Life Office. 

You can learn how to plan and schedule events through Event Services, purchase your textbooks at the University Bookstore, and grab something to eat at Clyde’s Gastropub or Café 65.  Enjoy some downtime studying in the atrium, playing games in the Lion’s Byte game room, grabbing a drink at Big Cat Coffee, and just hanging out with friends. Have questions about campus, your Lion OneCard ID, how to get involved, what’s happening on campus, or want to know anything else?  Stop by our UC Information Desk.

Mission

University Center and Event Services provides professional supports and services to UCCS students, faculty, staff, and the greater community through event coordination, facility usage, and personal development.  As stewards o the University Center, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment through programming, educational opportunities, services and facilities.
